Metabo-branded tools in the United States and Canada will begin appearing under the Metabo HPT name. The rollout will happen in three waves, and you will notice updated packaging and product numbers as it progresses.
What’s Changing
• The Metabo brand name will now appear as Metabo HPT
• Packaging will be refreshed with the new branding
• Product numbers and UPCs will be updated
The biggest shift you’ll notice is in the name and look. Tools that once carried the Metabo name will now display Metabo HPT. Along with the new branding, packaging will be refreshed, and product numbers and UPCs will be updated. These changes are being made with the goal of keeping the transition simple and clear for customers.
What’s Not Changing
• The tools’ performance, durability, and engineering remain the same
• Warranties and product support are unchanged
• The same German and Japanese engineering continues to drive the lineup
While the look may be different, the tools themselves are not changing. You’ll still get the same high performance, durability, and engineering you rely on. Warranties and product support remain intact, along with the brand’s commitment to quality and safety, backed by German and Japanese engineering.
What to Expect
As the transition moves ahead, you will see the new Metabo HPT branding show up in stores and online. Whether it says Metabo or Metabo HPT, you are still getting the same reliable tools built to perform on the job.
As an authorized dealer, Esch Construction Supply will continue to provide clear communication, updated product availability, and dedicated support throughout this transition. You can count on us for accurate product details, access to the latest Metabo HPT tools, and the same trusted service that keeps your jobs running smoothly.

Dust-Free Tuckpointing Shroud from Metabo
Staying "dust-free" when you are cutting or grinding can be a tough task. Many contractors run into problems collecting dust while tuckpointing because they can't see how close the shroud and blade are to the surface they are cutting. This leads to dust escaping into the air and may end with possible OSHA violations.
