RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at (800) 233-8655. We would like to offer an alternative solution to meet your needs. Prior to return of merchandise, a return authorization number must be assigned by an Esch Customer Service Representative. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Merchandise returned must be freight-prepaid by the customer and in resalable condition. Special order product cannot be accepted for return. PRODUCT UPDATES
From time to time we make updates to our products, including both superficial and usability improvements.
