Diagnostic Fee up to $57.50: If a tool can’t be repaired or the repair wouldn’t be cost-effective, we’ll let you know right away. If you choose to replace it with a new unit from us, we’ll either waive the diagnostic fee or apply that amount as a discount toward the replacement
Equipment Rates: Our standard labor rate is $115 per hour, and $80 per hour for small electric hand-held tools.
