SHIPPING pOLICY
We have a great history of providing customer service to the midwest, which includes local delivery. Although the company is no longer operating out of the trunk of a car, your order could still be delivered by one of our industry experts in the Esch fleet. With fast, reliable service, we'll do our best to get your order to you on the same day. In addition to receiving your product, you'll get hands-on assistance with your new supplies to get you up and running.
For stocked items, we strive to provide:
Fast, free local delivery to your shop or job site within a 30-mile radius of our locations. Same-day shipping for orders placed before 12 p.m. All orders placed through our online store will be fulfilled in a timely manner, usually shipping within one business day. For same-day shipping (on applicable items) orders must be placed by noon/12 pm CST. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during published Esch Construction Supply business hours. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
Orders that qualify for complimentary shipping will be fulfilled with the freight method of Esch Supply’s choosing, usually UPS Ground. All expedited shipping requests will be subject to additional fees. Certain items (such as batteries and large equipment) cannot be expedited and will be shipped with applicable methods
Esch Construction Supply is not liable for orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery for any potential damage. Please note the following conditions:Orders must meet or exceed the $500 subtotal before taxes or additional charges. Free shipping applies to standard ground service only. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations. Items that exceed standard carrier weight or size limits may be subject to additional freight charges. This includes, but is not limited to, oversized equipment, palletized items, or products requiring LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Esch Construction Supply reserves the right to determine shipping method and carrier for all free shipping orders. International Shipping Policy
All complimentary shipping offers do not apply to international orders, and we do not accept returns on international orders.
