We have a long history of providing exceptional service throughout the Midwest, including local delivery. While we're no longer operating out of the trunk of a car, your order may still be delivered by one of our industry experts in the Esch fleet. With fast, reliable service, we'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In addition to receiving your products, you'll have access to knowledgeable support to help you get up and running.

General Shipping Policy

For stocked items, we strive to provide:

Orders placed through our online store are typically shipped within one business day. To qualify for same-day shipping on eligible items, orders must be submitted by noon (12:00 p.m. CST). Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours and are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Orders that qualify for complimentary shipping will be shipped using the freight method selected by Esch Construction Supply, typically UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Certain items, including batteries and large equipment, cannot be expedited and will ship using the appropriate transportation method.

Esch Construction Supply is not responsible for orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately.

International Shipping Policy

Complimentary shipping offers do not apply to international orders, and international orders are not eligible for returns. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges incurred during transit.

Esch Construction Supply offers complimentary ground shipping on qualifying online orders of $500 or more delivered within the contiguous United States. This offer applies only to purchases made directly through our website.
