This winter, our Exceptional Service to Others (ESO) Team has been actively engaged in giving back to our communities. Through various initiatives, we’ve worked together to support meaningful causes and make a positive impact. Here’s a look at what our team has accomplished this season:

Holiday Toy Drive

During the holiday season, our ESO Team organized a toy drive to benefit our local Toy Shelf. With the collective efforts of our team, we donated over 20 toys to bring joy to children in need. We are incredibly proud of our team's generosity and commitment to making the holidays brighter for local families.  

WUCA Make-A-Wish Foundation

The Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association (WUCA) hosts an annual dinner and silent auction to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin. This year, we proudly contributed Wisconsin sports memorabilia to the auction, helping to support this impactful event. We are honored to be part of WUCA’s ongoing efforts to make dreams come true for children facing critical illnesses.

Love Your Melon Campaign

Love Your Melon is a mission-driven apparel brand dedicated to providing a hat to every child battling cancer while funding pediatric cancer research. Each winter, we partner with Love Your Melon by offering these hats to our customers. For every hat purchased, 50% of net profits go directly to pediatric cancer research. Feed My Starving Children

Feed My Starving Children is a global organization dedicated to fighting world hunger. Their mission is simple yet powerful: “We want to reach everyone until ALL are fed.” This winter, two groups of Esch volunteers participated in packing and shipping meals. Thanks to their hard work, we helped send out over 17,000 meals to communities in need. We are proud to support this initiative and help provide essential nutrition to those facing food insecurity.
