Our Exceptional Service to Others (ESO) Team has had an impactful start to 2022, engaging in meaningful initiatives that support children, schools, special needs programs, and environmental conservation. Here’s how we’ve been making a difference!

Morelia Home for Children

The Morelia Home for Children is a mission dedicated to providing basic physical, spiritual, and educational support to children in Morelia, Mexico. Their guiding principle is simple yet profound: “We want those that nobody else wants.” This initiative was brought to our attention through the unfortunate passing of a valued partner in the construction industry. We are honored to support this mission and help improve the lives of these children. 

Polar Plunge - Minnesota

Braving the icy waters, four of our Esch team members took part in the Minnesota Polar Plunge this year, raising $675 for Special Olympics Minnesota. The Polar Plunge is an annual tradition that we proudly participate in, helping to support athletes with intellectual disabilities. We’re always excited to take the plunge for a great cause!

Windom PTO - Windom Community School in Minnesota

The Windom School PTO is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to enriching students' educational experiences by organizing events, community outreach efforts, and educational programs. To support their mission, Esch Construction Supply made a donation to help fund essential programs and activities that benefit students and families in the Windom community. 

National Wildlife Federation - Esch Lucky Hat Fishing Contest

This year, the Esch Lucky Hat Fishing Contest is making an even bigger impact. For every contest entry, $5 will be donated to the National Wildlife Federation (NWF). As America’s largest and most trusted conservation organization, NWF works tirelessly to protect wildlife and natural habitats. We’re proud to support their mission while encouraging outdoor recreation among our customers and community.

Hammer Reach For Ralph Foundation

The Hammer Reach for Ralph Foundation is committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities by providing the necessary support for independent and fulfilling lives. Esch Construction Supply is proud to contribute to their annual Reach for Ralph Fundraiser Event, ensuring that those with disabilities receive the care, resources, and opportunities they deserve.
