RammerRack™ Installation Guide

Note: Do not bolt the RammerRack™ to plastic bed liners.

1. Choose a Mounting Location

Select a metal surface free from electrical wiring, gas tanks, and gas lines, ensuring clearance on both the top and underside.

2. Mark the Mounting Holes

Position the RammerRack™ in the desired location and mark four of the eight mounting holes, ensuring one hole in each corner.

3. Drill the Holes

Remove the RammerRack™, then drill through the marked locations completely.

4. Align the Rack

Reposition the RammerRack™ over the drilled holes, aligning them properly.

5. Secure with Bolts

Insert the bolts through the RammerRack™ and drilled holes, tightening them securely to the metal brackets with captured nuts.

6. Lock Your Rammer in Place

Use a padlock for added security when securing the rammer during transport.

7. Proper Rammer Loading

Fully open the locking bar and position the rammer with the shoe oriented correctly before sliding it into place. Loading it incorrectly may damage the RammerRack™. (Note: Shoe design may vary slightly.)

Detailed Description and Features

Protect Your Rammer During Transportation

Rammers are designed to be transported in an upright position. Allowing a rammer to tip over or move freely in a truck or trailer can lead to equipment damage, fluid leaks, and unnecessary service costs. The RammerRack™ holds the rammer securely in place, helping protect your equipment investment while traveling between jobsites.

Lockable Equipment Security

The integrated clamp physically locks the rammer to the rack and vehicle, helping reduce the risk of jobsite or overnight theft. Contractors can secure their equipment without relying only on loose chains, straps, or unsecured storage areas.

Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mounting

The RammerRack™ bolts to the vehicle from underneath the truck bed, making the mounting hardware more difficult to access or remove. The secure installation helps keep the rack firmly positioned during regular transportation and jobsite use.

Black Powder-Coated Finish

The rack features a black powder-coated finish that helps protect its surface during daily use and exposure to demanding jobsite conditions. The durable finish also gives the system a clean, professional appearance when installed on a truck or trailer.

Maximizes Available Storage Space

By holding the rammer upright in a designated location, the RammerRack™ helps contractors organize their truck bed or trailer more effectively. It can also be installed with a compatible bumper or hitch-mounted rack configuration when additional bed space is needed.

Model-Specific Fit

RammerRack™ systems are available in multiple types based on the rammer manufacturer, model, and shoe dimensions. Selecting the correct configuration helps provide a secure fit and dependable equipment retention during transportation.
