The Stihl TS 440 is a new, specialty cut-off saw best suited for limited access cuts. Cut pipe in-ground, corners, and bottoms of walls with an extended guard adjustment range. This expanded guard adjustability is made possible due to the sensor-activated STIHL Quickstop® wheel brake technology. The first cut-off machine in the world equipped with the technology capable of stopping the rotation of the cutting wheel in fractions of a second if kickback occurs. The TS 440 also features electronic water control and other favorite Stihl features including X2 Air Filtration and IntelliCarb™ system.
