Mike began working with Esch in 1998. He graduated from Saint Cloud State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of science degree in Biology. With 16+ years of construction field service, he takes pride in being a professional solution specialist. Mike is always on the run, staying busy with his three girls and their various activities, golfing and spending time with his wife of 20 years.
