Even in the middle of a busy Construction Season, we are able to make a difference by volunteering and donating to different organizations throughout our communities. Check out what our ESO Team has been up to this Fall!
School Supply Drive
Prior to schools starting up for the year, we ran a school supply drive to collect supplies to donate to the Kids in Need Foundation, a local organization in St. Paul. The Kids in Need Foundation was created to empower under-resourced teachers and students by providing the supplies they need to succeed. With the amazing support from our team, we collected over $300 worth of school supplies to donate to the Kids in Need Foundation!
Every year we host a "Lucky Hat Fishing Contest". This year we donated $5 to the National Wildlife Federation with every submission to our contest. The goal of the National Wildlife Federation is to increase America's fish and wildlife populations and enhance their capacity to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Thanks to all the submissions to our Fishing Contest we donated over $120 to the National Wildlife Federation this fall!
Project Sleep is an organization that was brought to our attention by a current Esch Employee. World Narcolepsy Day unites the international narcolepsy community to inspire action, increase public knowledge, and elevate the voices of the 3 million people living with narcolepsy worldwide. We helped sponsor a World Narcolepsy Day Ambassador and raise money for a great cause!
Day of the Dozers is an event put on by the Minnesota Utility Contractors Association designed to educate families about the construction industry, while at the same time raising money for Children’s Minnesota. At the event, children can ride inside a wide variety of construction vehicles alongside a friendly certified machine operator, play in sandpits, participate in other fun activities, and enjoy great food from some delicious local food trucks. We are a proud sponsor of the Day of the Dozers event and are happy we can support the construction industry through these events!
