This fall, our ESO (Exceptional Service to Others) Team is proud to have contributed to so many great charitable organizations. Check out what our ESO team has been up to in Fall 2021.
Each year, Community Thread matches hundreds of individuals and families to sponsors who provide individually chosen gifts or gift cards and a holiday meal. So far Community Thread has helped provide extra support for over 2,200 people this holiday season. This winter we were able to help support a family of 5 by giving them food, clothes, and other essential items.
Windom School PTO is a community & volunteer-driven board that organizes events, plans outreach and community efforts, and runs educational programs that enhance the overall experience of their students. The goal of this program is to raise funds to cover the cost of these programs and events. We were very happy to make a donation to the Windom School to help grow their PTO program.
No one should go hungry during the holiday season. Second Harvest Heartland leads through innovation, finding creative solutions to connect the full resources of our community with our hungry neighbors. With our donation, we were able to provide over 200 meals to those in our community.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of 8-year-old Wolfpack player Jackson Sparks and the adults and children at the parade that are dealing with emotional and mental health challenges after witnessing this horrific act. Donations are used to assist families with medical expenses, counseling, and to create a lasting legacy through future memorials honoring all of those impacted by this horrific event.

Esch Construction Supply Scholarship - St. Paul College Fund
At Esch, we are dedicated to service and our ESO Committee is a way for us to take that into the community. Supporting our local schools and students is one more great way to serve. The Esch Construction Supply St. Paul College Fund is a $1000 scholarship that we give to students that are going to school to be in the trades. This is a very special scholarship that we give out to very deserving and motivated students. Esch's ESO Teams is very proud to have given this out for the last 2 years to outstanding Trade students and we will continue to give this scholarship in the future.
