| Dan Esch, President
Dan is a 1988 graduate of the College of St. Thomas with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration and Finance. He worked for Esch as an outside salesman from 1987 to 1998. In 1998 he bought the company from Mike Esch (Company founder and Dan's Uncle) and now owns it with his wife Elizabeth. Dan's strengths are providing quality products and hiring and retaining quality people with a real commitment to customer service.
Dan lives in Woodbury with his wife Elizabeth and four children. When he's not sweeping floors and signing checks, Dan can be found on the golf course, at Target Field, or enjoying his children's many activities. |  | Jack Tuckner, Sales & Service Specialist
Jack started with Esch in March of 1997 after working for almost 20 years with Deluxe Check Printers. Jack's 13 years of experience in the field, knowledge of the industry and great customer focus make him an expert at customer service. Mike began working with Esch in 1998. He graduated from Saint Cloud State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of science degree in Biology. With 12 years of construction field service, he takes pride in problem solving in the field and is customer service focused. Mike is always on the run, staying busy with his three girls and their various activities, golfing and spending time with his wife of 15 years. |  | Tom Esch, Sales & Service Specialist
Tom started with Esch in 2002. He has Master's Degrees in Conflict Facilitation and Theology. He is a go-getter who is willing to bat for you when the score is tied and you need a big hit. He also has completed CSDA Wall Sawing 101 training. When he's away from the office he found fishing, snorkeling in a warm ocean or doing yoga. |  | Brent Michael Bixby, Sales & Service Specialist
Brent joined Esch in February 2006 after attending Ferris State University and Great Lakes Maritime Academy. He is a Stihl Bronze and Silver Service Level Technician and has training for CSDA Wall Sawing, Husqvarna Floor Polishing, ICS Diamond Chainsaws, and Stihl Cut-Off Saws. When he's not meeting customers' needs with outstanding service, he can be found coaching his kids' sports teams, hunting, fishing or playing Uno. | 
| Eric Aamodt, Sales & Service Specialist
Eric started with Esch in August 2011. He graduated from the
University of Wisconsin Stout with a degree in General Business Administration
and has experience in sales and marketing. Eric has 10 years of experience in residential and commercial homebuilding and has sat on committees for the
St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association. He is a Wisconsin sports fan and enjoys hunting, fishing,
riding motorcycle and spending time with his wife Teri and four children.

Dan has been with Esch since December 2005. He's a graduate of the college of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota with a degree in Business Communications. A true jack of all trades, Dan is Stihl Bronze and Silver certified, as well as trained in Metabo tech service repair. Outside of work Dan spends his time fishing, kayaking, traveling, boating, dirtbiking, making his wife Kate laugh and working in the garage. |  | James Paul Nelson III, Purchasing Manager
James has been with Esch since 2009. He graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College and has been in purchasing since 2007. James takes pride in being resourceful, efficient and always organized. He's also an excellent communicator with the customer's wellbeing always in mind. Bill has been with Esch since Fall 2008. Growing up in Wisconsin, he moved to the Twin Cities in 1980 and has been in the courier and delivery field for 25 years. His great driving skills, mental roadmaps, and friendly personality give his customers the best service possible. He enjoys officiating and playing softball, and spending time with his wife, kids and grandchild. |  | Dan Shackleton, Mechanic
Dan started with Esch in February 2007. He has lifelong mechanic experience and completed two years of small engine training in high school. He is a Bronze, Silver and Gold certified Stihl technician and also completed the Stihl Service Management seminar. He strives to make the customers' jobs easier with his wealth of product knowledge and experience. He enjoys hunting, fishing, sport shooting and spending time with his kids. |  | Jane Soler, Accounting Manager
Jane has been with Esch since June 1997. She is a graduate of Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She's great with problem solving and will always go the extra mile to assure that a customer's needs are being met. She has two daughters in college at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and enjoys reading, working out, and traveling with her husband. |  | Jessica Zaiger, Accountant Extraordinaire
Jess began working with Esch in May 2006. She has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Metropolitan State University and is an active Certified Public Accountant. Jess' smile and laugh are contagious with both customers and coworkers alike. Mandy began working with Esch in April 2011. She is a 2010 graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising. She has great listening skills and approaches each day with a positive attitude. Her passions are graphic design and typography, and she enjoys camping and fishing with friends and family. |
