Operations Leader

Primary Objectives: To maintain and improve company operations efficiency, responsible for operations department strategic planning, overseeing the operations performance of various divisions and their productivity, establishing best practices, forecasting inventory levels needed to meet fulfilment and turn goals, researching new products and sources, organizing and managing change, negotiating and maintaining good relations with vendors and customers, budgeting and reviewing COGS portion financial statements and ensuring profitability, and coordinating with and managing department heads.

Functions:

  • Lead Manage and Hold Accountable Managers in the following areas:
    • Purchasing/COGS
    • Warehouse, Inventory and Receiving Operations
    • Fulfillment - Shipping and Delivery
    • Customer Service - Store Counter and Call Center
    • Parts and Repair Center
    • Manage Operations in All Branches

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years' experience managing people
    • Negotiation Skills
    • Process Oriented
    • Strong business and financial acumen
    • Great communication skills
    • Personal Characteristics - Service, growth, team, and solutions oriented
    • CRM and ERP selection and implementation background
