Qualifications:

• Education - 4-year business degree preferred
• Abilities - proficient math
• Personal Characteristics - Detail oriented, organized, ability to work well with others, great follow-up skills, excellent communication skills, resourceful
• Professional Certification - None required but prefer seeking additional certification
• Experience - Office environment, Microsoft Office, 4 years of experience in Human Resources
• Other Qualifications - Clean criminal history, pass drug screening, proficient in English, solid fit with Esch Core Values
